Dizzy from the ups and downs
I’m nauseated by the polluted rot that’s all around
Watching the wheels of cars that pass
I look past to the last of the light and the long shadows it casts
A window grows and captures the eye
And cries out a yellow light as it passes me by
And a young shadowy figure sits in front of a box
Inside a building of rock with antennas on top, now
Nothing can stop in this land of the pain
The sane lose not knowing they were part of the game
And while the insides change
The box stays the same and the figure inside could bear anybody’s name
The memories I keep are from a time like then
I put on my paper so I could come back to them

Akhirnya aku berhasil juga untuk meng-install salah satu produk OS dari sebuah perusahaan raksasa dalam software Operatng System, yang tak lain adalah Microsoft. Windows Seven.
Sudah sering kali aku mendengar percakapan temen-temen di kantor yang mengatakan kalau OS ini (Windows Seven-red) beda dari OS buatan Microsoft sebelumnya. Lebih ”enteng” lah atau lebih hemat RAM lah dan lain sebagainya.
Oleh karena hasutan-hasutan tersebut saya tergerak hati untuk mencicipi bagaimana sih rasanya si SE7EN ini. Dan perburuan pun di mulai….
"Ada yang punya DVD Windows Seven ga? Gw pinjem donk!" koar-koarku kepada teman-teman kantor.
“Gw ada, tapi dirumah. Besok gw bawa deh!” jawab salah satu teman kerjaku.
Keesokan harinya………
DVD Windows 7 sudah digenggaman, siap-siap untuk menginstal computer kesayangan. Seagate 320 GB bersih sudah setelah ku format. File-file penting sudah ku back-up, dan proses instalasi pun mulai berjalan.
WTF! Can not read….. bla bla bla bla….
Aku gagal untuk menginstal Windows 7, meskipun aku sudah mengganti optic drive dengan beberapa optic drive yang ku punya. I Gave Up! Komputerku kembali ku istall dengan OS semula, Windows XP Pro.
And the story goes…..
“Eh, Lu katanya nyari DVD Windows 7? Gw ada nih, Lu coba aja dulu….!!!” Celetuk salah seorang teman kerjaku yang lain.
Sip! Seagate kembali ku format dan proses instalasi berjalan agak tersendat tapi aku puas dengan dengan hasilnya. Windows Seven sekarang sudah terinstal di computer kesayanganku. Satu masalah lagi yang sekarang ini masih kuhadapi, Windows 7-nya Cuma berumur 30 hari, windows acticatornya mana woi……!!!!!
